Automatic Face Sketch Generation Based on Image

in this paper, we present image based face sketch generation approach. The face image is represented as face caricature, portrait, face composite or face sketch etc. Face sketch is the simplest form of representing facial image with the help of small line segment drawings. There are several commercial application of a face image such as face recognition, detection, authentication and suspects investigation. We present system for face sketch generation similar to the sketch artist. We have implemented computationally efficient and natural system for the face sketch generation based on the image. The experiment shows that the proposed method for sketch generation is efficient and fast due to processing the boundary blocks only which contains face features.
